PAH/PPH patients and their families are going through a very difficult time and need to concentrate on health care, not legal issues. With this in mind and because most cases settle out of court, little involvement is required beyond the initial and product identification meetings and a deposition.

Will I have to go to trial? I would prefer to settle rather than going through a full trial?
Most PAH/PPH cases settle without having to go to trial. It is unlikely that you will have to go to trial.
What if I don't want to settle because I think that value is too low or that I want my day in court?
Then, you don't have to agree to the settlement. No client can be bound by a settlement without his/her consent. Each client has the right to accept or reject any settlement offer and have his/her day in court.
How much will it cost me to bring a lawsuit?
